COVID-19 Information

COVID-19 has been identified as a pandemic and as such, Tangerine Walk-In Counselling is following the direction provided by our federal, provincial and municipal governments. Please refer to the Region of Peel, Government of Ontario, and Canada Health websites for reliable information about COVID-19.

Our first and highest priority is the health and safety of our clients and staff. To support this, we have implemented preventative measures that are reviewed on an ongoing basis. We will continue to update this page as new information becomes available.

Tangerine Locations

To support health and safety and to limit the spread of COVID-19, Tangerine consultation sessions are available by phone, video and in-person. All sessions must be pre-booked and many same-day appointments are available. Participants coming to the office for appointments are required to complete a COVID screener when they arrive at our office at 85A Aventura Court, Mississauga where the session will take place.

We are offering 45-minute brief consultations by phone, video conferencing and in-person. Consultations are available Monday to Friday in the morning, afternoon and evening (until 7 pm) and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to request an appointment
