COVID-19 Information

COVID-19 has been identified as a pandemic and as such, Tangerine Walk-In Counselling is following the direction provided by our federal, provincial and municipal governments. Please refer to the Region of Peel, Government of Ontario, and Canada Health websites for reliable information about COVID-19.

Our first and highest priority is the health and safety of our clients and staff. To support this, we have implemented preventative measures that are reviewed on an ongoing basis. We will continue to update this page as new information becomes available.

Tangerine Locations

To support social distancing protocols and to limit the spread of COVID-19, we encourage telephone and video sessions but recognize that for some children and youth, online supports are not possible. If you require an in-person session based on your clinical need, then please inform us of this at the time of booking. All in-person sessions must be pre-booked and confirmed by EveryMind. Participants are required to complete a COVID screener on the same day as the appointment and to be cleared to attend our office at 85A Aventura Court, Mississauga where the session will take place.

Brief Consultations – Days and Times

We are offering 45-minute brief consultations by phone, video conferencing and in-person (where required). Consultations are available Monday to Friday in the morning, afternoon and evening (until 7 pm) and will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. Click here to request an appointment
